Campus Operations Manager

Our organization is seeking an accomplished leader to oversee the operations of our Coogee Beach campus. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the campus with a focus on five core areas: People, Quality, Growth, Safety and Performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage campus operations, including staff supervision, resource allocation and strategic planning.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve quality, growth and safety.
  • Lead and motivate staff to achieve high-quality care and education outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Director and Educators to ensure effective teamwork and communication.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of centre policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in early childhood education and care. You will be passionate about delivering high-quality services to children and families, and committed to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement.
