A fantastic opportunity has become available for a **Events Operations Manager **located at **Mitchelton Winery.**

Located on the extraordinary grounds of Mitchelton Winery, The **Events Operations Manager** has full responsibility and accountability for the management and execution of all events at Mitchelton.

As the Events Operations Manager you will ensure events on the property operate efficiently and profitably.

The Events Operations Manager will ensure the end-to-end management and coordination of all event operations across all departments, whilst maintaining high standards in products and services, ultimately providing a product that exceeds our guests' expectations.

We are seeking an individual who works at their best in a team, while ensuring a clients vision comes to life.

To be succesful in this role you will require the following:

- Previous expereince in a high
- volume Hospitality Management position
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Exceptional Communication skills with both team members, Management and clients
- The ability to work under pressure
- Stong administration and organisations skills
- The ability to multi-task
