Event Operations Manager
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Event Operations Manager to drive business growth across existing venues and future developments. With a passion for innovation and exceptional event experiences, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, developing sales strategies, analysing financial reports, and overseeing inventory management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations to ensure seamless service and excellent event experiences.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Analyse sales and financial reports to identify opportunities for business improvement and cost savings.
- Lead recruitment, training, coaching, and mentoring initiatives.
- Drive innovation and new technology adoption.
- Oversee inventory management, procurement, and vendor relationships.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in event or hospitality management.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
