Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Associate Application Management Specialist.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of IP networking, DNS and Active Directory, SSL certificates and PKI. They will also have experience working with databases, including SQL queries, backup and recovery strategies for SQL Server and Oracle.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze traffic for common services such as DNS, FTP and email.
Exposure to enterprise monitoring tools is beneficial.
Experience in Java Application Server management, particularly JBoss and WildFly.
Security focused mindset to enforce security standards and collaborate with teams.
Familiarity with technologies such as AWS, Terraform, VMware, Windows Server and Linux Server.
Understanding of information security issues and industry standards like SSAE16 and ISO 27001.
ITIL certification is considered an asset.
What You'll Achieve:
You will create reports and analyze performance trends to identify areas for improvement. You will provide analytical value creation initiatives and prioritize efforts accordingly. You will understand current Service Levels and KPIs and define new metrics when necessary.
Your Skills:
Database management and SQL queries.
Backup and recovery strategies for SQL Server and Oracle.
Enterprise monitoring tools.
Java Application Server management.
Security standards and collaboration.
Tech stack: AWS, Terraform, VMware, Windows Server, Linux Server.
Information security and industry standards.
ITIL certification.
