About the Role

This position involves managing and maintaining cloud infrastructure to deliver hosting services to clients. Key responsibilities include creating reports on performance trends, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to address potential issues.

Required Skills
  • Strong understanding of IP networking, DNS, Active Directory, SSL certificates, and PKI.
  • Experience with databases, including SQL queries, backup and recovery strategies for SQL Server and Oracle.
  • Ability to analyze traffic for common services such as DNS, FTP, and email.
  • Familiarity with enterprise monitoring tools.
  • Expertise in Java Application Server management, including JBoss and WildFly.
  • Security-focused mindset to enforce security standards in environments and when collaborating with teams.
  • Knowledge of specific technologies such as AWS, Terraform, VMware, Windows Server, Linux Server, firewalls, physical servers, and switches.
  • Understanding of information security issues and industry standards like SSAE16 and ISO 27001.
  • ITIL certification is a plus.
