Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled software developer to take ownership of two critical applications currently being transitioned from a third-party vendor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze the codebase to understand business logic, data flows, and integration points.
  • Maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot the applications as needed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to implement new features and improvements.
  • Participate in technical discussions around the long-term roadmap and modernization options for the applications.
  • Ensure application stability and reliability in cloud environments.
  • Support integration with a shared relational database management system, ensuring efficient data handling and query performance.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET Framework and/or .NET Core programming languages.
  • Experience working with cloud-hosted applications (virtual machines, object storage, relational databases, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of relational databases, SQL, and writing/optimizing queries.
  • Proven ability to work with legacy codebases and gradually improve them.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
