**Responsibilities**:
**About the Role**

**As a Technical Claims Specialist, your responsibilities will include**:

- End-to-end claims management including Recoveries and Disputes
- Recovering outstanding monies from at fault parties
- Resolving contentious matters in a fair and transparent manner Negotiating with third party insurance companies and third parties
- Managing your own portfolio of claims Reviewing liability in the event of contention of a claim
- Liaising with recovery agents
- Reviewing and preparing documentation

Qualifications:
**About you**

We're looking for a skilled and collaborative claims proffessional who has:

- Technical claims management expertise or a skilled claims consultant looking to grow their claims career in a technical direction
- Previous experience in a Recoveries, Disputes and Technical matters (ideally knowledge from within the industry)
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and strong attention to detail
- The desire to learn and progress within this collaborative and talented team
- Strong time management and organisational skill
- Excellent customer service skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in client service role
- Industry Related Qualifications will be ideal, howver are not essential to your success.
