Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Claims Specialist. Located in Sydney, NSW, the role allows for some work from home. The Technical Claims Specialist will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of insurance claims, including evaluating, processing, and resolving claims. Daily tasks include accurate documentation, liaising with clients and stakeholders, reviewing claims to ensure compliance with policy terms, and providing technical support and guidance concerning claims processing.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing and processing insurance claims
  • Strong understanding of insurance policies, terms, and conditions
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using claims management software and other relevant technology
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field
