We are seeking a skilled Claims Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing claims and providing technical support to ensure high-quality outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CTP legislation and processes, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

- You will be working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, legal representatives, and our third-party claims team.
This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a keen eye for detail.
- As a Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for championing Youi's values and fostering a strong, customer-focused claims experience.
- You will also provide expert advice on complex CTP claims, ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements while promoting best practice claims management.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in CTP claims with claims management experience (NSW MAIA scheme)
- Sound knowledge of CTP legislation, processes, and legal frameworks
- Proven ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- High integrity, accountability, and professional judgement
