Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Claims Specialist to join our Quality Assurance team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who can provide high-level technical support to our claims teams and ensure efficient and accurate claims processing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading monthly high-level peer reviews for lodgements and claims, delivering engaging and effective training for new starters, and maintaining and enhancing technical training content using tools like PowerPoint and ELMO.

In addition, the role involves continuously reviewing and improving claims training to ensure best practices, assisting Team Leaders in authorising and approving claim payments, and responding to enquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.

Skill Requirements:

  • Experience in Commercial Motor Claims with knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, insurance laws and regulations.
  • Subject Matter Expert in technical end-to-end Motor Claims.
  • Able to deliver a high standard of customer service and effective working relationships with internal and external customers and service providers.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure clear communication, effective collaboration, and high-quality service delivery.
  • A team player who is collaborative, shares ideas, and encourages others.
