**The role**:
You will be responsible for leading a specialised team of recoveries paralegals who review and prepare default notices in a timely and accurate manner. You will work closely with the Recoveries Associates to review and prepare documents, manage oversight of workflow, and follow regulations and processes to keep NAB safe.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Lead the Recoveries team to ensure that defined documents, including default notices are reviewed and prepared on time.
- Manage risk by identifying issues and implementing initiatives to avoid or remediate risk.
- Own and manage the Recoveries Grace Control to complete Recoveries Quality Assurance audits.
- Collaborate effectively with Recoveries colleagues, Legal Services colleagues and other relevant stakeholders to support the strategies and goals within Legal Services.
- Embrace continuous improvement and simplification initiatives.

**What you will bring**:

- Previous experience with recoveries or SBS paralegal experience is essential.
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Understanding of Legal Services functions and relevant NAB systems i.e. Siebel, Neota, ServiceNow and iManage.
- Ability to undertake and manage high level Quality Assurance reviews.
- Highly developed organisational and time management skills along with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrate a positive outlook and proactive approach to getting things done.
