The Role

This Team Leader ensures efficient debt recovery and high-quality care while implementing effective strategies aligned with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish KPIs to measure success in debt collection.
  • Develop best practice debt recovery procedures and credit control processes.
  • Liaise with IT teams to ensure collections tools functionality.
  • Make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Support customers in understanding payment obligations.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in accounts receivable, debt collection or similar role management.
  • Undergraduate degree in Commerce or similar.
  • Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare's Christian Mission.
