Job Title: Recovery at Work Team Lead

About the Role:

\

We are seeking a leader to provide strategic direction for workplace injury management through the development and implementation of projects, policies, and procedures. This includes driving optimal recover at work outcomes, meeting statutory obligations, maintaining high standards of service provision, and addressing organisational needs effectively.

\

The successful candidate will lead and manage a dynamic team of Recover at Work Specialists and Advisors responsible for workplace injury management initiatives. They will also provide strategic advice to Commanders and Directors on best practices and emerging trends in recovery at work, and build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

\

This is a pivotal role that requires a passion for making a difference and driving positive change within an emergency service portfolio. We are looking for someone who values innovation, collaboration, and excellence in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction for workplace injury management.

• Develop and implement projects, policies, and procedures to achieve optimal recover at work outcomes.

• Lead and manage a dynamic team of Recover at Work Specialists and Advisors.
