Job Overview

This is a great opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to join our team.

We are looking for someone with excellent problem-solving skills and a minimum of 3 years' experience working in payroll, preferably with exposure to payroll system improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

To ensure the success of this role, we require:

  • Payroll Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience working in payroll, preferably with exposure to payroll system improvement.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and provide solutions throughout the system integration process.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

As part of our team you can expect to:

  • Process manual payroll and leave calculations.
  • Identify discrepancies and provide solutions throughout the system integration process.
  • Develop test cases to ensure comprehensive testing of requirements using approved test tools.
  • Translate payroll functions into financial impact and job costing.
  • Assist with system integration and user acceptance testing.
  • Execute component testing, system testing, integration testing and performance testing.
