Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Salary and Benefits Data Analyst to join our team. This role involves supporting payroll operations while driving data accuracy and systems improvements.

About the Role:
  • Process end-to-end payroll, acting as a backup during pay runs, and ensure all transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Maintain HRIS records, guaranteeing consistency across systems.
  • Monitor system interfaces, ensuring employee records are complete and consistent.
  • Prepare and review leave accrual reports, assisting with adjustments as needed.
  • Compile and deliver scheduled and ad hoc people reports, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
  • Support the payroll team with month-end and year-end activities, guaranteeing timely completion and accuracy.
Your Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of payroll awards and agreements, with experience in managing complex compensation structures.
  • Interest in data analysis, process improvement, and technology integration.
  • Experience with ADP Payforce, Kronos, and/or Oracle (preferred), with ability to adapt to new systems quickly.
  • Curious and logical thinker, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
