Job Title: Policy and Quality Officer
We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the development, interpretation, and quality control of policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to implement and maintain a robust Controlled Document Framework.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the controlled document process, ensuring quality assurance and register maintenance.
Support independent compliance reporting to regulatory bodies.
Maintain and update the Compliance Management and Controlled Document Frameworks.
Provide expert guidance on compliance matters and controlled documents.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Able to work independently and guide others on policy and procedure development.
Strong planning and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and engage across cultures.
Critical thinking and problem-solving to evaluate policy impacts and ensure alignment with business goals.
Experience in compliance monitoring, document register maintenance, and interpreting regulations.
Desirable Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, public policy, quality management, or similar.
Experience working in a regulated industry or government-owned corporation.
