Regulatory Compliance Lead

We are seeking an experienced leader to head our Regulatory Services Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering statutory and educational services, achieving compliance and excellent customer service while promoting good social behaviour in the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a range of programs and services contributing to the delivery of our Community Plan
- Enforce animal management, public places, signs, hoardings and advertising, parking regulations, and liquor application review
- Support regulatory services education programs and by-law investigations
About You
- A relevant diploma or extensive experience as a Ranger, By-laws Officer or similar position
- High-level animal management experience with knowledge of animal welfare and community education approaches
- Proven team management experience in a regulatory environment
