Job Title: Policy and Quality Officer

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the development, interpretation, and quality control of policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to implement and maintain a robust Controlled Document Framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the controlled document process, ensuring quality assurance and register maintenance.
  • Support independent compliance reporting to regulatory bodies.
  • Maintain and update the Compliance Management and Controlled Document Frameworks.
  • Provide expert guidance on compliance matters and controlled documents.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Able to work independently and guide others on policy and procedure development.
  • Strong planning and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and engage across cultures.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving to evaluate policy impacts and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Experience in compliance monitoring, document register maintenance, and interpreting regulations.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, public policy, quality management, or similar.
  • Experience working in a regulated industry or government-owned corporation.
