A fantastic opportunity at nbn, Australia's largest infrastructure project, as the Triage and Allocation Specialist, reporting to the Senior Manager Triage and Allocation, where you will join the Triage & Allocation Team, a key pillar within the Operations business unit.

A bit about your role

As the Triage and Allocation Specialist, you are to assess, triage, prioritise and allocate incoming customer demand. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to identify and allocate a high volume of requests.

You play a crucial role in ensuring customers have a seamless experience when engaging with nbn for their demand requirements. This will include evaluating customer requirements in line with nbn business rules, respond quickly to customer issues, triage and allocate incoming demand, monitor the capacity of delivery teams, and create contracts and invoices for customers.

A bit about you

You are customer-focused, with exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a strong ability to engage efficiently with multiple stakeholders and customers. Moreover, you have well-developed analytical, problem-solving and time management skills.

Experience with Excel, GIS software and Customer Relationship Management tools would be valuable.
