About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Allocation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimising sales through effective stock allocation across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor sales and inventory performance to ensure optimal stock levels and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement a distribution strategy that aligns with merchandise, marketing, and financial plans.
  • Evaluate seasonal performance and recommend opportunities for improvement by style, class, and department.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory turnover, and gross profit margin.
  • Maintain system data integrity, including pricing and product information.
  • Allocate stock to online channels to ensure correct product placement and adequate stock levels.
  • Communicate with production teams on forecasts, retail pricing, and delivery updates.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role or a fast-paced analytical position is highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand financial metrics and execute them effectively.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Able to analyse and interpret reports and data.
  • High level of attention to detail and process improvement mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
