Injury Triage Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic professional to join our team as a full time Injury Triage Specialist. This role involves connecting with injured employees and their managers to provide timely support, triage, and referrals to available services and resources.
The key responsibilities of this position include providing high-quality patient care, coordinating supports and wellbeing services for clients, and delivering initial early intervention triage with clients.
- Qualifications: Experienced Allied Health practitioner (Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, Chiropractic, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, etc.) with full registration or a Registered Nurse.
- Certifications: Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid (level 2) or Basic Life Support training from a hospital setting.
