**How will I Help?**
As the Digital Workplace Channels lead you will be closely collaborating with the Head of Channel Strategy, support the achievement of Westpac Group's strategic priorities and play a fundamental role in improving employee engagement and positive culture.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Be the product owner for Westpac Group's Intranet, Newsroom and Employee CRM, designing the strategy for each platform
- Work with the Channel Strategy Team to develop and rollout a data and insights approach for the communications team across CA&C

**What do I need?**
To be successful in this role you will be:

- 5 years+ working with digital capabilities in a Corporate Affairs team or similar function
- Experience managing an Intranet for a large organisation. (AEM and SharePoint experience desirable)
- Experience in the Microsoft 365 environment and Power Platform
- Data literacy, experience in translating channel usage data into meaningful insights
- Experience in Adobe Analytics and/or Power BI or similar desirable
- Good understanding of digital accessibility standards, web best practice and UX principles.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, as well as ability to operate effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
