Your role

You'll be a part of our IT team based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.

As a Digital Workplace Lead you will drive a digital workplace culture that is effective, empowered and focused on user experience. This role takes the lead in connecting our people with our firm's information using digital tools, including but not limited to the M365 platform.

This role will involve managing the integration and adoption of digital tools such as SharePoint and Teams, promoting their usage, and ensuring they seamlessly integrate into firm workflows

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity. Hybrid working (60% in the office) is how we work however flexibility matters at Allens, so if you are seeking hybrid working or are looking for flexibility in your work, we would be happy to discuss what arrangements would work best for you.

About you

You will have:

- Previous experience in leading digital workplace transformation
- Previous experience with evaluating, designing & implementing solutions using the M365 platform, and in particular its collaboration toolsets, for example Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform.
- A deep interest in identifying, assessing and communicating new and emerging technologies that support the firms objectives
- Experience in preparing and presenting to stakeholders at different business levels
- Experience in leading change management, user enablement, adoption and training within a large organisation.
- Experience leading the adoption of platforms to improve the digital literacy of business units in their day to day lives
