We are seeking a skilled professional to play a key role in analyzing and improving our digital channels. This involves examining user behavior, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance the user experience across our website, resident portal, and agent portal.

The Role

  1. Execute smaller issue investigations and changes.
  2. Conduct analysis of user behavior and website traffic data.
  3. Identify pain points and areas for improvement across digital channels.
  4. Gather and document business requirements for digital channel enhancements.
  5. Collaborate with designers and developers to define technical solutions.
  6. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features and functionality.
  7. Track and measure the success of implemented changes.
  8. Develop and maintain documentation for digital channel processes.
  9. Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Web technology, i.e., CSS, HTML5
  • Salesforce Experience
  • Agile and work management in Jira and Confluence
