We're looking for someone with a unique ability to analyse and solve multiple problems involving different scenarios every day. You must have experience in creating and maintaining timetables, ideally in a high school or a primary school environment. Knowledge and use of Tes Timetable (formally known as Edval) software is highly desirable, however, experience using other timetable software packages is also welcomed.
You will be involved in delivering webinars for our products and premium Timetabler in Residence services. You will also be part of the wider Customer Success team working every day to deliver a 10/10 customer experience.
- Be experienced in creating and maintaining timetables using Timetabling software
- Be an analytical thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills who loves puzzles. Timetables are complex
- Be excellent with customers and provide a 10/10 experience every time
- Have highly developed interpersonal skills
- Have highly developed written and oral communication skills
- Be highly organised
- Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Thrive working in an agile, dynamic working environment

**Highly Desirable experience**:

- Working with or within a school
- Experience in using Edval products
- Experience in delivering training or workshops to adults

This role will require you to have or obtain a current Working with Children Check.
