Job Summary

Manage and process timely workloads, meeting deliverables per SLA's and agreed timetables. Assist the Team Leader and Head of Specialist with projects and enhancements related to the Specialist Team.

  • Process distributions, management fee rebates, adviser service fees, commissions, transaction/periodic/tax statements, QTFN and AIIR lodgements.
  • Deliver requirements to agreed timelines and of the highest quality.

Accountabilities:
  • Managing and processing of timetabled workloads.
  • Meeting deliverables per SLAs and agreed timetables.
  • Assisting the Team Leader and Head of Specialist with projects and enhancements related to the Specialist Team.
  • Assisting with reviewing and updating procedures and checklists for onboarding new clients.
  • Working effectively with the team and other internal/external stakeholders, including our offshore operations team.
Deliverables:
  • Delivery of client processing and reporting accurately and within SLA/timetable requirements.
  • Immediate escalation of any quality or timeliness issues to Team Leader and/or Head of Specialist.
  • Team assisting with maintaining documentation such as procedures and checklists.
  • Provide high-quality internal and external client service.
  • Work with other teams within the operations team to deliver optimum outcomes.
  • Work with the team to conduct appropriate testing assurance for platform releases relating to Trust Architect releases, BCP testing etc.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years Financial Services experience - knowledge of Funds Management, Custody and Platforms preferable.
  • 3+ years Unit Registry experience preferable but not required.
