Exciting merchandise planning opportunity in our Online TeamBe a part of a fast-paced, collaborative teamFlexible hybrid role - Docklands based office & the comfort of your own homeMyer is looking for an eCommerce Planning Manager to lead the development and management of budgets, forecasts, and strategic insights for your assigned business unit.
You will align commercial strategies with financial targets, partner with cross-functional teams to capture market intelligence and continuously improve planning processes that support trade performance.
About the role: Assist in Digital Commerce financial planning, including the build of budgets, forecasts, and performance analysis of their aligned business unit.Provide financial insights to support Digital Commerce decision-making and strategy execution.Ensure plans are accurate and are in alignment with financial strategies.Monitor financial performance and help make recommendations for improvements.Foster collaboration between Finance, Merchandise Planning, Supply Chain, and Digital Trade teams.Contribute to financial models aimed at improving business profitability.About you: Extensive experience in Merchandise Planning, eCommerce Trade and/or Commercial Planning, ideally in the retail sector and with P&L understandingProven experience in financial management and strategic planning within eCommerceAdvanced proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecastingAdvanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to build and maintain positive, productive relationships with key stakeholders to influence their strategy and decision-making processes.Outstanding communication skillsFlexible in accepting new challenges and working in a fast-paced environmentTeam oriented and thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment Benefits to you: Generous team member discounts on all Myer products, including team-member exclusive discounts.Access to lifestyle leave and volunteer leave - arrange work around your life, not life around work.A supportive leadership and team network to set you up for success.Career growth and succession opportunities across the business.
