As a NOW Finance Collections Officer in early-stage collections, you are responsible for providing the best fit solution to customers with an overdue account. Terms of repayment are negotiated by understanding each individual customer's circumstances and financial needs and leveraging your strong relationship-building skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound and inbound collection calls in high volumes
- Successfully identify customers experiencing financial hardship
- Identify and recommend customers for alternative Collection activities, e.g. repossessions, field calls, legal action, etc.
- Take end-to-end accountability for accounts assigned to you
- Achieve and exceed individual and team targets each month
- Understand and comply with all regulatory requirements and quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and integrity
