We are currently seeking a Promotions Coordinator to join the National Promotions team.

This role will assist in producing catalogues and other promotions within a Channel workflow team, tailoring the program to meet specific channel plans and targets.

It also assists in ensuring w e deliver promotional programs accurately and on time, meeting retailer, shopper, supplier and the Food Group KPI's.

What you'll do

Perform promotional administrative tasks including catalogue

Checks, pricing, stock availability, allocations and queries

Manage multiple media files & versions to completion

Collaborate with the National Trading Teams, State Promotions Teams, Channel Teams and Marketing

Work with various stakeholders to deliver improved promotional performance including:
Retail and Wholesale promotional sales performance and GP$.

Performance of various promotional mechanics; LPED, Non

Advertised, Bonus Deals & Catalogue

Promotional channel guardrail support

Collectively support the broader Promotions Team as required.

Play an important part in the execution of promotional strategies and initiatives

What you'll bring

Experience in the administrative processes involved in managing promotions and pricing in catalogue & print production.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative style that supports various national and state teams

Attention to detail is vital

Proven experience in a similar sales or promotions role within FMCG
