Reporting to the Trade Operations Manager, the Trade Promotions Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the execution and optimisation of promotional activity across all our customers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating structure out of data complexity, is a change bringer, and loves working with data to drive smarter decisions. Part time fixed term 9month role 25hours per week, we are flexible on how this 25hrs hours may work across the working week.

• Promotional Data Management: Maintain and update multiple promotional grids, timelines, and trackers across multiple retailers
• Change Enablement: Champion continuous improvement and support change initiatives across the promotional function
• Reporting & Insights: Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and Excel reports to track promotional performance and ROI
• Process Optimisation: Support the development and refinement of trade processes, bringing clarity and structure to complex workflows
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Distribution to ensure seamless execution of promotional plans
• System Support: Assist with system inputs and data integrity across SAP and other planning tools

Technical Skills

Essential Skills

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros) – you're a super user
• Power BI experience (minimum 1 year) – you know how to create dashboards and turn data into actionable insights
• Strong analytical and data management abilities

Preferred Skills

• SAP experience
• FMCG experience, ideally in trade, sales support or planning roles
