Key Responsibilities

This role involves coordinating promotional activities with external partners, working closely with senior marketing professionals, and assisting hotel managers in leveraging key events.

  • Coordinate promotional and contra activities with external partners
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to contribute to quarterly communications plans
  • Support hotel managers in maximizing event opportunities
  • Work with the Digital Manager to ensure all communications align with our digital strategy

To succeed in this position, you'll have 1-2 years' experience as a coordinator or assistant level role. A hospitality background is advantageous, but not necessary.

About You

You'll be responsible for ensuring day-to-day tasks are completed efficiently. Effective communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
