**Responsibilities**:

- Generate quotes, process orders, and manage order entries.
- Address customer inquiries about delivery times and order status.
- Provide technical advice for optimal solutions.
- Enhance conversion rates by following up on quotes.
- Coordinate transportation, collection, and delivery of spare parts.
- Develop strong relationships with key customers.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve organizational objectives.
- Be adaptable to additional challenges as the role evolves.

**Requirements**:

- Experienced in pumps or engineering products.
- Tender/quote processes and bid preparation experience.
- Customer Service Oriented.
- Ability to work independently and maintain motivation.
- Proficiency in spare parts interpretation and mechanical understanding.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Effective communication and computer skills, including Microsoft Office Productivity Tools
