**The Role**
We are seeking a passionate sales professional who is passionate about sales and enjoys administrative tasks equally, for a permanent part-time role (3 days a week or equivalent hours across the week) managing the specialists at Wesley and St Andrews Hospitals. You will drive sales growth and market share by building strong relationships with current and future referrers, communicating the value of our services, and providing feedback to I-MED management.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Drive Sales Growth**: Enhance referrer relationships to improve financial performance.
- **Develop Sales Plans**: Implement territory sales plans to drive growth and combat competition.
- **Administer Clinical Meetings**: Organize and maintain MDT meetings to engage clinicians and document outcomes.
- **Customer Relationships**: Develop strategies to enhance referrer engagement.
- **Effective Communication**: Facilitate communication between internal and external customers.
- **Referrer Management**: Use Salesforce to plan, monitor, and measure performance.
- **Knowledge of Services**: Promote and address customer needs effectively.
- **Market Awareness**: Maintain accurate competitor and market information.
- **Teamwork and Development**: Share knowledge and support team growth.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of radiology services or ability to learn quickly.
- Proficient in IT sales management software and Microsoft Office.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
