Overview of the role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable functions including receipting, invoice matching, and payment investigation.

They will handle domestic and overseas bank accounts ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.

Collaboration with internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies, payment issues, and customer queries is also a key responsibility.

Additionally, they will manage the accounts receivable inbox, promptly responding to customer inquiries.

Other duties may include ad-hoc reception relieving tasks such as answering phone calls and greeting visitors.

Job Description:

As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will work closely with our team to ensure seamless management of domestic and overseas AR processes.

You will be responsible for accurately recording receipts and payments, investigating discrepancies and resolving customer queries in a timely manner.

Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts receivable functions including receipting, invoice matching, and payment investigation

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience as an Accounts Receivable Officer or in a similar role preferably with cash receipting experience
  • Strong knowledge of accounts receivable principles, processes, and best practices
  • Proficiency in using JD Edwards or UniWorks and excellent Excel skills are highly desired
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Eager to learn demonstrate initiative and take responsibility
