Are you a dynamic and goal-driven professional with a passion for business development and relationship management? We are seeking a talented Account Manager to join our QLD team and make a difference to our members within the accounting and finance profession.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Account Manager, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of accounts within Public Practice, driving growth, profitability, and client satisfaction. Your relationship-building skills will make you the go-to contact for key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and value is maximised.
**Key Responsibilities will include**:
- Leadership: Set strategic direction for regional sales activities while maintaining strong relationship management.
- Sales Performance: Drive business development, cross-sell and upsell initiatives to meet financial and CPD revenue targets.
- Account Management: Develop and execute strategic plans for portfolios and key accounts, ensuring growth, reform, and member satisfaction.
- Member Engagement: Represent CA ANZ at events and forums to gather member feedback and promote the organisation.
- Governance Support: Collaborate with regional teams and external bodies including councils and advisory groups to enhance engagement.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the escalation point for service issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Insights & Feedback: Source and share member insights to inform product development and advocacy efforts.
ABOUT YOU
This is no ordinary Account Manager role; it's a unique blend of relationship management and business development. If you're commercially savvy, driven, and passionate about achieving results, we want to hear from you. What you will bring:
- Demonstrated success in business development or account management, ideally within accounting, financial services, fintech, banking, or membership body.
- Proven ability to identify growth opportunities, upsell solutions, and expand market reach.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent negotiating, problem-solving and closing skills, and the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to craft compelling value propositions aligned to member needs.
- Commercially astute with analytical skills to translate insights into member value.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and CRM systems.
