Drive Business Growth as a Specifications Manager

As a highly skilled Specifications Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by developing and promoting high-quality products to the market. You will work closely with architects, planners, and general contractors to specify and promote our products, ensuring that they meet the needs of customers and drive sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute specifications for our products and systems to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Sales and Engineering teams to maximise conversion of specifications into sales orders.
  • Identify new project opportunities through multiple platforms and work to convert these specifications with our architectural contacts to maximise sales opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualification in Engineering or Architecture is essential.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in selling high-quality systems tendered by architects, planners, and general contractors is required.
  • Specialized knowledge in a specific market or with similar product types is highly desirable.
  • Fluent English language skills and strong communication skills are necessary.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce) is an advantage.
