About the Role
Key responsibilities include ensuring cost-efficient safe high-quality product distribution, resolving systemic logistics issues, managing service fees, remote freight, and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
You will also be responsible for supporting strategic development and collaborating cross-functionally for continuous improvement.
This role requires strong communication stakeholder engagement problem-solving skills, commercial acumen, planning prioritisation adaptability in dynamic environments, deep understanding of logistics distribution models and route-to-market strategies.
About You
Strong leadership skills are required to lead and manage teams, drive business results and deliver against objectives.
Candidates must have proven experience in a similar role, strong analytical skills, and ability to interpret data drive value from distributor P&Ls.
Familiarity with industry trends, best practices, and technologies is also essential.
