What You'll Do
  • Lead PPS Mutual's distribution teams—guiding state leaders and BDMs, fostering adviser relationships, and executing strategic growth initiatives.
  • Shape distribution strategy in line with the company\'s mutual model, innovation agenda, and commitment to professionals.
  • Collaborate across the proposition and operations teams to bring market-leading insurance solutions to professionals.
  • Be a highly visible key executive team member with contribution to strategy and product innovation.
  • Nurture and continue to strengthen adviser engagement, ensuring PPS Mutual remains a standout in service and trust.


Who You Are
  • Seasoned leader with financial services industry credibility and exposure to insurance product and sales, preferably with distribution responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of intermediary distribution and adviser-centric cultures.
  • Demonstrated success in driving team performance, building partnerships, and scaling growth.
  • Strategic thinker with an empathetic, collaborative leadership style.
