What You'll Do
Lead PPS Mutual's distribution teams—guiding state leaders and BDMs, fostering adviser relationships, and executing strategic growth initiatives.
Shape distribution strategy in line with the company\'s mutual model, innovation agenda, and commitment to professionals.
Collaborate across the proposition and operations teams to bring market-leading insurance solutions to professionals.
Be a highly visible key executive team member with contribution to strategy and product innovation.
Nurture and continue to strengthen adviser engagement, ensuring PPS Mutual remains a standout in service and trust.
Who You Are
Seasoned leader with financial services industry credibility and exposure to insurance product and sales, preferably with distribution responsibilities.
Strong understanding of intermediary distribution and adviser-centric cultures.
Demonstrated success in driving team performance, building partnerships, and scaling growth.
Strategic thinker with an empathetic, collaborative leadership style.
