Success Tutoring is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Leasing Coordinator to join our expanding head office team in Sydney.As a Leasing Coordinator, you will play a key role in the national growth of one of Australia's fastest-growing education companies by identifying and securing new tutoring centre locations across the country.About Success TutoringSuccess Tutoring is a national brand helping thousands of students build confidence and achieve academic success.
With our student-first model and growing franchise network, we're on a mission to make personalised education more accessible — and that starts with finding the right spaces to grow our footprint.What You'll Be DoingConducting property research to find suitable commercial spaces for leaseContacting and building relationships with real estate agents and landlordsScheduling and attending property inspections across NSW and other statesPreparing and submitting offers to lease on behalf of the companyNegotiating terms and securing lease agreements in alignment with our business objectivesCreating property reports, conducting feasibility analysis, and presenting findings to leadershipCoordinating with legal and finance teams to finalise contractsSupporting the onboarding of new franchise locations by ensuring smooth handover of secured propertiesRequirementsWHO THIS ROLE IS FORSomeone with a keen interest in commercial property, real estate, or business operationsStrong communicator who's confident negotiating and building relationshipsOrganised and proactive — you enjoy working independently and hitting targetsMust have a valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle (property inspections required)Based in Sydney — occasional interstate travel may be requiredIdeal for someone studying property, commerce, or business — or recent graduate ready to grow with a fast-moving companyBenefitsWHY JOIN US?
