Lease Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and driven Lease Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and securing new locations for our tutoring centres across the country.

  • Conduct property research to find suitable commercial spaces for lease
  • Contact and build relationships with real estate agents and landlords
  • Schedule and attend property inspections across NSW and other states
  • Prepare and submit offers to lease on behalf of the company
  • Negotiate terms and secure lease agreements in alignment with our business objectives
  • Create property reports, conduct feasibility analysis, and present findings to leadership
  • Coordinate with legal and finance teams to finalise contracts

Requirements:

  • A keen interest in commercial property, real estate, or business operations
  • Strong communication skills, confident negotiating and building relationships
  • Organised and proactive, able to work independently and hit targets
  • A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle (property inspections required)
