Job Description

As a seasoned retail leasing professional, this role requires strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage commercial properties on behalf of property owners.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the lease administration process from initial offer through to execution and registration of the Lease. This includes preparing all lease-related documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining accurate reporting and auditing records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing lease-related documentation, including letters of offer, disclosure statements, and negotiation letters.
  • Coordinating the execution and registration of leases between parties in line with compliance and risk obligations.
  • Responding to lease negotiation requests from external solicitors.
  • Maintaining accurate reporting and auditing records on document status and outstanding matters.
Skills and Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in a comparable lease administration or legal role.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
