We are seeking a meticulous and financially astute individual to manage our end-to-end vehicle lease and delivery process. This role involves the preparation and submission of finance applications within tight timeframes, placing vehicle orders with dealerships, and ensuring settlements meet all compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit finance applications in a timely manner
  • Coordinate vehicle orders with dealerships and manage the order pipeline
  • Ensure settlements comply with credit policies, approval conditions, and internal guidelines
  • Accurately execute legal documentation according to relevant policies and regulations
  • Manage settlement preparation and submission within specified timelines

This is an opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and excellent numeracy skills, who can effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and targets.

Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numeracy skills
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks to consistently meet deadlines and targets
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook

Bonus points if you're familiar with leasing products (such as Novated Leases) and have experience in Automotive Fleet Leasing or Asset Finance within a financial institution.
