Leasing Coordinator

Key responsibilities include supporting Pandora stores across ANZ with new/renewals of leases, ensuring all key deadlines are met for leasing contracts and administration, and negotiating lease agreements for temporary trading locations and storage locations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to handle competing priorities, and possess a calm and methodical approach. Additionally, they should have good listening and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of retail and cultural differences.

The role requires working closely with the legal team to finalize leasing contracts and manage lease document repositories. It also involves developing business cases and supporting director-level initiatives, such as cluster 3-year plans and roadmaps. As part of the team, you will be expected to take reasonable care of your own safety and the safety of others, participate in health and safety training, and perform ad hoc duties as required.
