With multiple thriving Registered Clubs (Wests Ashfield Leagues Club, Croydon Sports Club, The Markets Club at Homebush West) we foster a positive, collaborative, and energetic work environment that values professionalism and innovation.

Established in 1955, the Group is responsible and progressive in all areas of its business and boasts a culture of excellence and inclusion. With over 100 staff, a gaming installation of circa 500 EGMs and 30,000 members, the Club places its people and the community at the forefront of all of its activities and initiatives.

We're looking for a motivated Membership, Loyalty & Community Engagement Coordinator to grow our membership and loyalty program and support our community engagement program.

Membership & Loyalty:

  • Manage and grow the membership program of our clubs

  • Develop and deliver campaigns to drive member engagement and visitation.

  • Analyse member data to identify trends and optimise promotions.

  • Collaborate with marketing manager to craft personalised member communications (email, SMS)

  • Coordinate exclusive member events, offers, and rewards.

  • Monitor program performance and continuously seek improvements.

Community Engagement:

  • Work with the Marketing Manager to help manage relationships with intra-clubs and community partners.
  • Supported by marketing manager, coordinate activations for community events
  • Oversee fulfilment of sponsorship agreements

General & Team Support:

  • Work with Gaming to integrate loyalty/sponsor elements into promotions.

  • Maintain accurate records of members, sponsors, and partner interactions.

  • Represent the venue at member or partner events and promotions.

  • Perform other duties as required by the Marketing Manager
