The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Tender/Bid/Proposals Coordinator to join our team. As a Bid Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the full bid lifecycle and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create high-quality bid and tender responses.

  • Coordinate the entire bid process from start to finish, ensuring that all proposals and tenders comply with company policies, branding, and industry regulations.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to create accurate and impactful content that showcases our capabilities and expertise.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for tender submissions, including data and bid information libraries.
  • Conduct thorough reviews to guarantee the quality and accuracy of submissions, including CV's, Case Studies, and Capability Statements.

About You:

For this role, we are looking for someone with previous experience as a Tender/Bid/Proposals Coordinator in the construction/building industry or similar field. You should have intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and written and verbal communication skills.

  • Intermediate to Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Excellent attention to detail, document formatting, editing, copywriting, and proof-reading skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills, planning, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Strong team player with the ability to multitask and adapt to changes in the business.
