**The opportunity **
Due to internal progression, we are seeking to appoint a highly organised, tenacious **Personal/Executive Assistant **to support three Executive General Manager's within our recently merged Energy & Utilities business unit. This position will provide support to the EGM Networks, EGM Commercial, Performance & Risk as well as the GM Growth.
This Melbourne based role will focus on diary/calendar management, expense & travel related activities as well as meeting management, administrative tasks and the facilitation of strategic team initiatives.
We are seeking a meticulous Executive Assistant to support our Executive General Managers with daily operations, improvements, projects and people management within a thriving line of business. You will discern and prioritise incoming requests, organise and support our Executives with the high-volume of incoming urgencies whilst maintaining compliance, governance, quality and finance processes for this team.
- Key skills for the role: _
- Engaging and professional communication style, with the ability to communicate efficiently with executives and their direct reports.
- Able to work independently, with the ability to interpret policies, solve complex problems and action necessary escalations.
- Adaptability and flexibility with ad-hoc tasks, collaborating with key interdepartmental stakeholders for projects, business changes and meetings.
- Solution-oriented approach, reinforcing solutions with analytical data.
