This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) and EDI landscape across Fletcher Insulation.
In this role, you'll act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, applying your extensive SAP SD and LE expertise to optimise processes, resolve complex issues, and support strategic initiatives such as CRM and eCommerce implementations.You will be empowered to make a real impact, enhancing operational efficiency, supporting continuous improvement, and contributing to the success of our digital transformation journey.

With a strong foundation in SAP and EDI, you'll be instrumental in managing day-to-day operations, supporting key project deliverables, and ensuring seamless integration across systems.Technical Skills & CapabilitiesDeep expertise in SAP Order-to-Cash (SD and LE), including configuration and process optimisationExtensive knowledge with EDI processes for sales orders and invoicing, including schema and soft configurationSolid understanding of master data management (customers, materials, pricing)Exposure to CRM and eCommerce implementation projectsAbility to provide user training and contribute to process documentationStrong communicator with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearlyComfortable to story tell and take your stakeholder on a journeyProcess-driven with a proven ability to solve problems independentlySelf-motivated and capable of working autonomously while contributing to team successCollaborative mindset with a focus on stakeholder engagementCommitted to continuous improvement and delivering business valuePerks for Joining our Team
