  • Identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Complete options analysis for each selected area investigated and present recommendations to stakeholders for decision.
  • Once a future state decision has been made, develop future state process maps that capture the target state.
  • Support implementation by translating required business changes into clear, actionable requirements, building a supporting project and change plan (in conjunction with the Integration Program).
  • Support the Integration Program in other project management related tasks as time permits.

  • Ideally 5–7 years of experience in business process engineering and process improvement.
  • Strong skills in End-to-End process mapping and business process improvement.
  • Ability to plan and manage the delivery of process changes.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Visio, Jira, MS Project).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Additional skills that set you apart

  • Experience working on post-merger integrations or large-scale transformation programs.
  • Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement frameworks.
