Executive Business Process Analyst

This role requires a seasoned Business Analyst to collaborate with business and technology teams to enhance customer onboarding and Know Your Customer (KYC) capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with stakeholders to understand regulatory, operational, and customer needs.
- Analyse and map current onboarding and KYC processes, identifying improvement opportunities.
- Define business requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables for technical teams.
- Collaborate with compliance, operations, and digital teams to deliver seamless onboarding solutions.
- Support testing, training, and change management activities.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong background in customer onboarding processes and KYC/AML regulatory requirements.
- Expertise in process mapping, business requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to bridge the gap between business objectives and technology solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
